Most Arab Leaders Want Arafat Out, Security Chief Says

(Ha'aretz) - Ze'ev Schiff Most of the region's leaders would like to see Yasser Arafat replaced, National Security Council chief Ephraim Halevy told the annual Munich Conference on Security Policy on Sunday. Halevy predicted that the PA chairman would indeed be ousted in 2003.
