(Los Angeles Times) Edmund Sanders - Israeli Druze paratrooper Radi Kaiuf, now 46, was wounded during a 1988 Lebanon firefight and told he'd never walk again. On Friday, Kaiuf plans to compete in the 10-km. Tel Aviv marathon using ReWalk, a groundbreaking Israeli medical device that enables those paralyzed from the waist down to walk with the aid of robotic leg braces.
