(Times of Israel) Joshua Davidovich - The UN peacekeeping force on the Syrian side of the Golan Heights said Wednesday it would drastically cut back activity, fearing more kidnappings like one last week involving 21 Filipino soldiers. The force will stop patrols and shut down a number of observation posts, a senior UN diplomat told AFP.
