(Israel Ministry of Foreign Affairs) The underground electrical lines that supply electricity from Israel to Gaza's northern region have been refurbished and upgraded in recent weeks. This process has significantly increased the capacity of the electricity lines, thereby providing a more stable source of electricity to local residents. The work was conducted by a team from the Israel Electric Corporation, in coordination with IDF personnel to ensure their safety. The Israeli government has maintained and even expanded its policy of assisting the civilian Palestinian population in Gaza.
