(Daily News-Egypt) Ethar Shalaby - Qatari Prime Minister Hamad bin Jassim Al-Thani said Tuesday in Cairo that Qatari aid to Egypt will increase to $1 billion from $500 million, and that money loaned to the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) will also be doubled to $4 billion. Qatar also plans investment in two major projects on the Mediterranean and at Port Said to cost $18 billion.
