(Reuters) Mark Hosenball - The office of Director of National Intelligence James Clapper issued a statement on Friday declaring it now believed the Sep. 11 attack on U.S. diplomatic facilities in Benghazi, Libya, was a "deliberate and organized terrorist attack" and not a spontaneous reaction to an anti-Islam video.
