(AP-Washington Post) Radar defense manufacturer ELTA North America, a subsidiary of Israel Aerospace Industries, plans to create 100 jobs over the next four years in Fulton in Howard County, U.S. Sen. Barbara Mikulski (D-Md.) said. ELTA Systems Ltd. is the world's fourth-largest radar company.
