(AP) Mohammed Daraghmeh - Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas has decided not to apply for "nonmember" status at the UN General Assembly next month, Foreign Minister Riad Malki said Tuesday in Tehran where he was attending a summit of non-aligned nations. Analysts expect the Palestinians to resume their campaign after the U.S. presidential election.
