(AP/Washington Post) Foreign leaders who still talk to Arafat must pressure him to step aside, national security adviser Condoleezza Rice told an AIPAC conference Monday. Rice said if Arafat resigns, an independent prime minister can take power and restructure the Palestinian security forces.
