Injustice in Gaza

(Baltimore Sun) Matthew A. Levitt - It's been a year since the Oct. 15, 2003, bombing of a U.S. diplomatic convoy in Gaza that killed three Americans. Palestinian officials say they know who was responsible but will not arrest them. The writer is director of terrorism studies at the Washington Institute for Near East Policy.
