(Ha'aretz) Ze'ev Schiff- It was only a matter of time before Hamas found a way to penetrate Israel's defenses. No fence separates Hebron and the Negev. The only formula Israel has is continuing to foil suicide bombings on the basis of intelligence relating to specific incidents, by elimination of persons directly involved in suicide bombings, and stepping up construction of the separation barrier.
