(Jerusalem Post) Khaled Abu Toameh - "The Palestinian security forces are refusing to obey the orders of the Prime Minister," the speaker of the Palestinian Legislative Council, Rouhi Fatouh, declared on Thursday in Ramallah, saying they receive orders only from Yasser Arafat. "I call on President Arafat to issue a presidential decree with clear instructions to the security forces to fulfill the orders of the prime minister. This is the only way to change things," Fatouh told journalists.
