(Khaleej Times-Dubai) The issue of a Lebanese naturalization decree issued 10 years ago under which some 3,000 foreigners, including thousands of Palestinians, were given Lebanese citizenship, has resurfaced again. The government will soon issue another decree which will strip thousands of naturalized Lebanese of their citizenship.
