(Ha'aretz) Arnon Regular- A Palestinian Legislative Council investigation of the anarchy in the PA found that the PA's leader, Yasser Arafat, has made no clear political decision to end it. Its report also calls for an end to Kassam rocket fire into Israel and attacks inside Israel, the resignation of the Qurei government, and general elections.
