(Sydney Morning Herald) Foreign Minister Alexander Downer condemned a World Court ruling calling for Israel to tear down its controversial barrier around the West Bank. Downer said he regretted the court decision and noted Australia had voted against the UN resolution referring the matter to The Hague.
