[Ha'aretz] Barak Ravid - Prime Minister Ehud Olmert said Sunday that Israel and the PA will not present an agreement of principles on final status issues at a U.S.-hosted meeting this fall, but will rather issue a joint declaration. U.S. Secretary of State Rice will arrive on Tuesday for talks to prepare for the November meeting.
