(Baltimore Sun) ELTA North America, a subsidiary of Israel Aerospace Industries Ltd., has opened a location in Maple Lawn in Howard County, Md., where it plans to create 100 new jobs, the state Department of Business and Economic Development said Wednesday. Most of ELTA's employees are scientists, engineers, programmers and technicians who develop products for the armed services.
