(Ynet News) Yoav Zitun - IDF Sgt. Gal Weingarten was attacked by two Palestinians and stabbed in the neck two weeks ago in the West Bank village of Yatta near Hebron during an operation to arrest a Palestinian terrorist. Weingarten quickly regained his composure and fired four shots at his attackers. The stabber was seriously wounded and the other assailant was killed. He will receive a special citation later this month for his quick reaction. "Gal demonstrated determination and the highest level of professionalism," a senior IDF officer said.
