(Jerusalem Post) Herb Keinon - Israel will encircle its land borders with physical barriers that give it the ability to control its boundaries, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Tuesday during a tour of the Egyptian border fence. The work on the Egyptian border is scheduled to be completed by early next year.
