(Ha'aretz) Israel is working to construct multi-story buildings to house Palestinian refugees in the Gaza Strip settlements slated for evacuation, a political official said Sunday. "Settlers' homes will be destroyed," the official said, "but the infrastructure in the settlements - including water, electricity, and roads - will remain."
