Islamists Dominate in Egypt's Upper House Vote

(AP) Aya Batrawy - The Muslim Brotherhood won 58% of the elected seats in the Egyptian parliament's upper house. The election commission said Sunday that the ultraconservative Al-Nour party came in second with a quarter of the seats, while liberal parties took 12% of the seats.
