(AFP) Arab foreign ministers meeting in Cairo on Sunday supported a Palestinian request for an international peace conference aimed at reaching a comprehensive solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Israel has urged the Palestinians to begin direct negotiations without preconditions.
