Senators to Urge Obama to Make Iranian Nuke "Capability" a Red Line

(JTA) Ron Kampeas - A bipartisan group of U.S. senators will present a resolution calling on the Obama administration to make a "nuclear-weapons capability" by Iran a red line. The non-binding resolution, introduced Thursday by Sens. Robert Casey (D-Pa.), Joe Lieberman (I-Conn.) and Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), "urges the President to reaffirm the unacceptability of an Iran with nuclear-weapons capability and to oppose any policy that would rely on containment as an option in response to the Iranian nuclear threat."
