(Jerusalem Post) Yaakov Lappin - An axe-wielding Palestinian man was shot in the leg and lightly injured after attempting to attack Israeli security personnel with an axe at the Kalandia checkpoint in the West Bank on Sunday. Border Police on the scene also recovered a long commando knife in the man's bag.
