On Thursday, mixers poured cement into hundreds of blue barrels that were then scattered across the main courtyard outside Arafat's compound. Bulldozers also spread dozens of wrecked cars across the courtyard. "We are not going to carry out any operation, but they are hysterical," said Prime Minister Sharon's spokesman, Ra'anan Gissin.
