[Maan News-PA] The al-Quds Brigades, affiliated with Islamic Jihad, rejected an amnesty agreement with Israel after the PA had offered to include al-Quds members in the deal. The An Nasser Salah Addin Brigades, the armed wing of the Popular Resistance Committees, also rejected the Israeli amnesty.
