(New York Times) Elaine Sciolino and Emma Daly - The group believed to be responsible for the Madrid train bombings in March had been planning another major attack, a Spanish Interior Ministry official said Thursday. The newspaper El Mundo reported Thursday that the attack was to have occurred at a shopping center during the week between Palm Sunday and Easter.
