(Ha'aretz) Amos Harel - Raaf Mansur, who headed an Al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades cell in Nablus until his arrest in February, told interrogators that his appeals to Arafat for money to fund armed attacks resulted in a monthly NIS 7,500 payment that continued up to the time of his arrest. The money was delivered via Abed al-Fatah Hameil, who serves as a financial adviser to Arafat.
