(Jerusalem Post) - IDF armored forces entered Beit Hanoun in northern Gaza in an attempt to thwart the firing of mortars and Kassam rockets at Israeli communities in the western Negev. Four Kassam rockets were fired at Negev communities on Monday. Palestinians also fired 15 mortars and Kassam rockets at Gush Katif settlements throughout Monday.
