(AFP) Russia has sent Avtobaza truck-mounted radar jammers to Iran, Konstantin Biryulin, the deputy head of Russia's military and technical cooperation agency, said Tuesday. "This is a defensive system," he said. "We are in constant talks with Iran over that country's purchases of military technology that do not fall under UN sanctions."
