(AP/Ha'aretz) The Organization of Islamic Conference has been granted permission to participate in hearings next month at the International Court of Justice on the legality of the separation fence that Israel is building, the court said Thursday. The 57-nation organization may now file written submissions by January 30 and participate in oral arguments set to begin Feb. 23.
