U.S. Must Not Let a Hizbullah Killer Escape Justice

(Washington Post) Editorial - Ali Mussa Daqduq is a dangerous man. A senior operative with the Hizbullah terrorist organization, Daqduq has been held without charge by U.S. forces in Iraq for the past five years for helping to train militant Shiites to carry out attacks against U.S. soldiers. One such attack claimed the lives of five U.S. service members. But the U.S. may be forced to hand him over to Iraqi authorities before year's end because of a security agreement signed during the Bush administration. The Obama administration must ensure that this does not happen.
