(Reuters) Atef Saad - Voting in a primary election for the ruling Fatah faction was halted in the West Bank Palestinian town of Salfit on Friday after ballot boxes were set on fire, election officials said. In Salfit, residents said gunmen were hovering in the vicinity of ballot stations, which also prompted the decision to suspend voting.
