(AP/Jerusalem Post) Pakistan plans to send a delegation to Israel following talks between their foreign ministers, but it still does not recognize the Jewish state, President Gen. Pervez Musharraf said Thursday. "We will not recognize Israel until it resolves the Palestinian issue," Musharraf said.
