Israel Nabs Would-Be Suicide Bomber

(Ha'aretz) Arnon Regular - Israeli security forces Sunday entered the West Bank city of Tulkarm, which was handed over to the Palestinians in March, to arrest Mohammed Shalhub, 19, an Islamic Jihad activist who was planning to carry out a suicide bombing. Israel has retained the right to act to stop what it calls "ticking bombs," or imminent attacks.
