Israel Radio quoted Mofaz as saying the presence of the missiles in Palestinian hands would cross a red line. Israel's military chief, Lt. Gen. Moshe Yaalon, has accused militants of using the cease-fire to rebuild their arsenals after more than four years of fighting with Israel.
