Netanyahu to Spell Out Peace Policy to U.S. Congress

(AFP) Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Thursday he would spell out his plan for forging a lasting peace with the Palestinians in a speech to the U.S. Congress in May. U.S. House Speaker John Boehner announced he was inviting the prime minister to address a rare joint session of Congress. "America and Israel are the closest of friends and allies, and we look forward to hearing the prime minister's views on how we can continue working together for peace, freedom, and stability," he said.
