Palestinian Rocket Lands in IDF Base in Western Negev

(Jerusalem Post) Josh Brannon - Palestinians in Gaza fired a Kassam rocket that landed without exploding in an IDF base in the western Negev on Sunday. Some 400 Kassam rockets, launched from northern Gaza, have landed in Israel since the Gaza disengagement, according to IDF sources. Twenty have landed in Israel in the last two months, a significant decrease from previous months, which army officials attribute to the use of artillery against launch sites.
