(Chicago Tribune) Editorial - Hamas leaders haven't renounced violence, recognized Israel or declared that they would respect previous agreements, all demanded by the U.S. and the EU to keep hundreds of millions of dollars in aid flowing. Hamas still stands for terror, not negotiation. Until it changes, it deserves not a dime of U.S. or other international funds.
