(Kuwait News Agency) Israel affirmed Wednesday that Turkey refused an Israeli request to intercept the Victoria which carried weapons for Gaza. According to the Israeli newspaper Maariv, Israel asked Ankara to intercept the cargo vessel, a request which Turkey flatly refused.
