From Washington to Hamas: Change or Fail

Dennis Ross - Washington must be clear, and it must be vigilant. No half-measures or vague formulations should be acceptable: The United States will deal with Hamas and the Palestinian Authority it leads only if it unconditionally recognizes Israel's right to exist, rejects violence, ends all acts of terror, and agrees to disarm and dismantle its armed infrastructure. Otherwise, Washington should do all it can to isolate Hamas and ensure the failure of its government.
