(University of Maryland Hillel) Every winter and every summer, the University of Maryland Hillel takes at least two buses of students on the Taglit-Birthright Israel trip. This winter, our staff asked the students to each submit a picture representing Israel through their eyes. The transformation of students who started out as Jewish American Terps to students who now proudly proclaim that they are American Jews is a beautiful thing to see in photographs.
