(Oakland Tribune) Harry Harris - An Israeli SWAT team took first place at the fourth annual Urban Shield Training Exercise, a 48-hour continuous competition involving 29 teams held in the Bay Area from Oct. 15-18. Among the 26 emergency scenarios were hostage rescue, maritime/train interdiction, weapons of mass destruction, and a nuclear facility threat.
