(New York Times) Mona El-Nagger - Mohamed ElBaradei, former head of the International Atomic Energy Agency, has called for a boycott of Egyptian parliamentary elections this fall. Since he returned to Egypt in February, he has been seen as a serious challenger to President Hosni Mubarak's 29-year hold on power.
