(Dow Jones-Wall Street Journal) Benoit Faucon - A massive explosion killed five workers Wednesday at the Pardis Petrochemical complex in the southern Iranian port city of Assaluyeh, the second such incident in less than two weeks. Assaluyeh is home to the Pars Special Energy Economic Zone, a giant energy complex that uses natural gas from the neighboring South Pars field.
