(VOA News) Lisa Bryant - Jordan ranked first and Saudi Arabia last in a new report card on the state of democratic reforms in the Arab world released Monday in Paris. Published by the Arab Reform Initiative, a network of 14 Arab and international think-tanks, none of the ten Arab countries ranked get high marks.
