(Reuters) Dan Williams - Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has proposed an Egyptian-hosted summit with Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas as a way to resume stalled peace talks, Israeli officials said on Thursday. Two Israeli officials said Netanyahu raised the plan on Tuesday at talks in Cairo with Egypt's President Hosni Mubarak.
