(TheMarker-Ha'aretz) Israel's population at the end of 2009 was 7.5 million, including 5.7 million Jews (75.4%), 1.5 million Arabs (20.3%), and 319,000 Christians and others, the Central Bureau of Statistics reported Wednesday. Israel's population has grown at a steady rate of 1.8% every year since 2003.
