[Reuters] Israel lifted restrictions at two checkpoints in the West Bank on Friday, the army said, after President Obama urged Israel to take concrete steps to improve the lives of Palestinians. The announcement came two days after Israel said it had ended inspections of Palestinian cars at two other roadblocks close to the city of Ramallah.
