[State Department] Asked about Vice President Biden's remarks that it is up to Israel to determine whether or not it's going to strike any targets in Iran, State Department Spokesman Ian Kelly said Monday: "I certainly would not want to give a green light to any kind of military action. But our policy is that Israel is a sovereign country and we're not going to dictate its actions."
